1. The Promoter of this prize draw is: Perkins Slade Ltd, registered at Companies House in England and Wales under company number 969374. Registered office: 3 Broadway, Broad Street, Birmingham, UK, B15 1BQ. 2. This free prize draw is subject to the following conditions and is open only to UK residents aged 18 years and over who are members of BSAC (British Sub Aqua Club). Only one entry per member is permitted. Third party and bulk entries are not permitted. No purchase is necessary. 3. This prize draw is not open to employees of Perkins Slade Ltd or BSAC, their families or agents, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw. 4. To qualify for entry, the questionnaire must be fully completed and returned to the Promoter. 5. Each completed questionnaire that meets the criteria outlined above will be entered into the prize draw. 6. Completing and returning the questionnaire implies acceptance of these rules. 7. The prize draw will take place on 11/03/11. The winner will receive an Apple I-pad. Perkins Slade will inform the winner by email. No alternative to the prize outlined above is available. 8. The draw will be made by an independent person, whose decision shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to check the validity of any entry. Entries failing to comply with these rules will not be accepted. 9. No liability is accepted by the Promoter for entries lost or delayed in transmission or for loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries (including those arising from computable functions, viruses, bugs or other similar causes), or any loss or damage arising in connection with the use of the prize. 10.
